Bible Workshop 2010: Faithful Bible Investigators

Baptism 8.8.2010

August Fellowship & Baptism Service August 8

What a wonderful blessing to witness the baptism of Averee, Nathan, Pashka, Erin, and Dylan! Thank you, Lord!

Elder Installation Service-September 12

We will install Mike Paul as an elder during our service on Sunday, September 12. We will celebrate the Lord's Supper during that service, as well. The benevolence offering basket will be available on the offering table this Sunday, September 5, and next Sunday, September 12.

September Fellowship

We will have our Fellowship Supper on Sunday, September 12, at 6PM. Please note that this is the second Sunday instead of the usual first Sunday Fellowship. After our meal, we will be hearing reports from our youth about their Summit trip and also their Chicago mission trip. Also, Christina will be sharing about her summer mission trip. Make plans to join us, and please bring a dish to share.

International Friendship Outreach Meeting

There will be an IFO meeting at the church for those interested on Friday, September 10, at 7PM. Informational handouts are available on the Media Table at the church, or you can contact Bert for more details.

Children's Learning Center Needs

The Learning Centers are in need of: 1 co-teacher in the 5th & 6th grade class, and 1 occasional substitute in the 3rd & 4th grade class. Please let Barbara Jones or Dolores Beaulieu know if you are willing to serve our church in any of these areas.

Men's Breakfast and Study The men will continue their study of Essential Truths of the Christian Faith at 7 AM, Saturday, September 11.

Romans Revisited

Over a three year period from September 1995 to August 1998 our church was involved in studying the book of Romans. Currently we are in the process of digitizing those 85 messages to make them available for listening or downloading from our website.
